About the role
The Project Administrator will support project teams by managing all project documentation and ensuring efficient filing and retrieval. This role is focused on maintaining document control standards for engineering and professional services projects within AECOM.
Key responsibilities
- Manage documents throughout all phases of a project.
- Maintain the project directory and filing system.
- File original documents and revisions for easy retrieval.
- Develop project‑specific filing structures and document‑control procedures.
- Implement and use electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Record and store project photographs.
- Perform routine administrative duties under general supervision.
- Interact with professional and technical staff to accomplish assigned objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services or engineering environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
