Project Advisor – Warehousing & Supply Chain Strategy

About the role

The Project Advisor provides senior subject‑matter expertise to ENEC on the development, optimisation, and transformation of warehousing, supply‑chain and logistics operations that support the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant lifecycle. The role ensures that strategic recommendations are technically robust, financially justified, nuclear‑compliant and ready for executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary reference for warehousing, supply‑chain, inventory management and logistics strategy.
• Review and align inventory strategies with BNPP lifecycle criticality and resilience requirements.
• Define, justify and design warehousing operating models and future‑state concepts.
• Conduct As‑Is assessments of current warehousing footprint, capacity, utilisation, inventory criticality and supply‑chain network.
• Develop a phased implementation roadmap and transition strategy for new facilities.
• Lead change‑management activities and capability development to ensure execution readiness.
• Prepare tender documentation and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in warehousing, supply‑chain or logistics strategy within complex, regulated environments.
• Proven ability to deliver technical assurance, financial evaluations and risk‑resilient recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills to establish fact‑based baselines and identify quick‑win initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for senior‑level and board‑level interactions.
