Project Controls Engineer

About the role

Archirodon is seeking an experienced Project Controls Engineer to join its newly awarded oil & gas EPC project in the UAE. You will work within a qualified team of engineers, supporting project delivery through robust controls, reporting and cost management.

Key responsibilities

• Draft project‑specific Project Controls procedures in line with contract requirements.
• Prepare internal and external project reports and maintain deliverable registers for engineering, procurement and construction.
• Assemble procurement packages, manage the Procurement Status Register and Subcontractors Register.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, material reconciliation and maintain project diaries.
• Monitor contract scope, variations and claims, and support the preparation of variation and claim submissions.
• Collaborate with quantity surveyors on monthly payment requests and assist in budgeting and cost variance monitoring.

Required skills

• Cost estimation, cost control, planning and risk management.
• Contractual knowledge and familiarity with EPC projects, especially ADNOC.
• Engineering, procurement, construction, pre‑commissioning and commissioning awareness.
• Proficiency with project management tools and basic financial concepts.
• Fluency in English.
