About the role

The Project Coordinator supports project managers and teams by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules and facilitating communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans and aligning them with objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, resources and communication to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track progress, identify risks and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain project documentation and handle administrative paperwork.
  • Support budget monitoring and help keep projects within financial limits.

Required profile

  • Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, able to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Problem‑solving mindset to identify and address issues.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with project management software.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
