Project Coordinator – Data, AI & Analytics (UAE)

About the role

Insight360 is seeking a Project Coordinator to support data‑centric projects, including AI, data platforms, and analytics initiatives across the UAE. Working side‑by‑side with the Delivery Manager, you will bridge clients and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support full‑cycle execution of data, analytics, and AI projects.
• Apply project management best practices (Agile, PMBOK, Scrum) to keep projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using formal change control processes.
• Act as a Client Success Coordinator, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for extended collaboration.
• Build trust‑based relationships with clients and internal/external technical teams.
• Track tasks and deliverables, reporting progress and risks clearly to all stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and trust within the project team.

Required profile

• Highly organized professional with strong self‑management skills.
• Proactive communicator who follows up and brings structure without constant supervision.
• Preferably fluent in Arabic and comfortable working in a client‑facing environment.
• Aspiring to progress to a Project Manager role within 1‑2 years.
