Project Coordinator – Interior Fit Out (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for our Interior Fit‑Out division in Dubai. The role acts as the central hub between the design office, site execution teams, vendors and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, to quality standards and in compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing project plans, master schedules and detailed micro‑planning for interior fit‑out works.
• Liaise daily with design, site engineers, MEP teams, procurement and client representatives to coordinate activities.
• Follow up on material submittals, shop drawing approvals, RFIs and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress, labour and MIS reports to management.
• Maintain and update all project documentation, including drawings, minutes of meetings, permits, inspection requests and snag lists.
• Attend client coordination, internal review and safety meetings, recording and circulating minutes.
• Monitor site progress against the schedule, flag delays and support issue resolution.

Required profile

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in UAE/GCC interior fit‑out, joinery or commercial construction projects.
• Knowledge of interior finishes, MEP coordination, BOQ preparation and UAE construction standards.
• Familiarity with MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6, AutoCAD; basic Revit knowledge is an advantage.
• Valid UAE residence visa preferred; transferable visa or NOC required if currently employed.
