Project Coordinator – New Product Development & Introduction

About the role

The Project Coordinator – NPDI will support the Busbar Product Line by managing cross‑functional new product development and sustaining projects across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics and other teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager Global Programme Management – NPDI, the role is based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE and ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional planning and project execution to meet delivery dates.
• Monitor tasks performed by other departments and ensure timely completion.
• Report project progress through schedule updates and ensure alignment with the overall timeline.
• Identify potential issues, escalate them appropriately, and develop contingency plans for key risks.
• Adhere to the NPDI (New Product Development & Introduction) process and assist project team members as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution.

Required profile

• Diploma with 3 years experience or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related technical degree) with at least 2 years experience.
• Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong problem‑solving, reporting and meeting‑facilitation skills.
• Ability to quickly build cross‑functional relationships and drive results.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of achieving goals.
