Project Coordinator – Property Management

About the role

The Project Coordinator will provide proactive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across multiple property development projects in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage documentation, budgets, procurement and liaison with contractors and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes as directed by the Project Manager.
• Update project budgets by consolidating data from Finance and Procurement.
• Create purchase requisitions, obtain approvals, and coordinate procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Serve as the primary contact for contractors, handling invoices, service reports and other submissions.
• Generate weekly operational reports and ad‑hoc reports using system data.
• Maintain project records, supplier lists, gate‑pass documentation and attendance logs.
• Prepare correspondence and documentation for finance payments, including work completion certificates and warranties.
• Support the design team with material mood boards and assist with gate‑pass processing.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Direct Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in project administration or coordination.
• Strong organizational initiative, teamwork orientation and analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar procurement systems.
