Project Coordinator (UAE National) – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a UAE national to join its Abu Dhabi team as a Project Coordinator supporting infrastructure works. The role involves coordinating daily project activities, ensuring technical data is captured accurately, and facilitating communication between design, site and contractor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination between different project teams and gather technical data and as‑built information from site teams.
• Review drawings and models to identify clashes, prepare coordination drawings, logs and reports.
• Attend coordination meetings, record minutes and follow up on actions.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings and material submittals for compliance.
• Report to the Resident Engineer/Assistant Resident Engineer and help coordinate road and infrastructure construction.
• Liaise with Parsons design engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain daily diaries, inspection reports and coordinate scheduling and resource allocation with contractor engineers.
• Chair meetings with service authorities, contractors and subcontractors and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Support safety objectives by overseeing implementation of safety procedures on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in a relevant field.
• Basic understanding of construction and engineering works.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Construction knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawings.
