Project Delivery Manager – Construction

About the role

The Project Delivery Manager leads the end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale construction projects, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery while meeting quality and contractual standards. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on site oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to handover, developing execution strategies, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, implement corrective actions, and challenge contractors’ programmes and recovery plans.
• Oversee daily site operations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, MEP, infrastructure and fit‑out activities, resolving construction challenges promptly.
• Lead relationships with contractors, consultants and specialist subcontractors, facilitating progress meetings and technical workshops.
• Support contract administration, reviewing variations, extensions of time and assessing contractual risks.
• Track project budgets, review cost reports, support value‑engineering initiatives and evaluate change‑request cost impacts.
• Ensure adherence to project quality standards and implement quality assurance processes.

Required profile

• Extensive contractor‑side and site‑based experience in construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to deliver large‑scale projects safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.
