Project Director

About the role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Project Director to lead the delivery of landmark mega‑projects exceeding AED 1 billion for one of the UAE’s leading construction groups. The role involves overseeing complex civil, structural, architectural and MEP developments from inception through to handover, ensuring excellence in safety, quality and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑value, multi‑disciplinary construction projects from concept to completion.
• Define and drive project strategy, operational excellence and business results.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with world‑class standards in safety, quality and execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of construction experience with Tier‑1 contractors.
• At least 10 years in senior project leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering projects exceeding AED 1 billion.
• Extensive experience on UAE/GCC mega‑projects.
• Strong background in civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Expertise in project delivery, commercial management, contracts and stakeholder management.
