Project Director

About the role

The Project Director will lead the delivery of multiple real‑estate development projects for a global master developer in Dubai. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, budgets, compliance and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Guide project management strategies and delivery activities in collaboration with Section Heads and Project Leads.
• Monitor progress of concurrent projects to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Manage cost versus budget, prepare financial reports and oversee change requests.
• Support contractor mitigation plans, procurement, acceleration programmes and resource allocation.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance and that engineering works meet company standards.
• Provide technical support to the commercial team and consolidate reports for management review.
• Prepare user manuals, training materials and documentation for project hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Construction.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• 12–15 years of experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership or project‑lead roles managing large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with a developer is an advantage.
