About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee the delivery of high‑end villa construction projects in the United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the delivery of high‑end villa construction projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, with strong villa/luxury residential project experience.
- Proven experience in a Project Director or Senior Project Management role.
- Ability to join immediately or within a 30‑day notice period.
