Project Engineer – Engineering Projects Management

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead the planning, design and execution of engineering projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering objectives, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and engineers to produce detailed drawings, specifications and design documents.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project execution, monitor construction progress and verify compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare project budgets, estimate costs and control expenditures to keep projects within financial targets.
• Implement quality‑control procedures and ensure all deliverables meet required standards.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies and maintain up‑to‑date project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, standards and construction practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
