Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will support the execution of residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, safety and schedule compliance. This role is based on site and involves close interaction with contractors, consultants and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day site execution and engineering activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams.
• Monitor construction progress against approved schedules.
• Review technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational site issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress updates.
• Support project planning, testing and handover activities.
• Ensure materials and resources are available as per project requirements.
• Maintain project records and engineering documentation.
• Coordinate with authorities and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in construction or real‑estate development, preferably on residential, commercial or mixed‑use projects.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced project environment and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Competence with AutoCAD.
• Experience using project management tools.
