Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of operational projects, ensuring they align with Enova’s strategic objectives. This role requires strong coordination across cross‑functional teams and a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage project activities and communication.
• Monitor progress, track performance metrics, and proactively address variances.
• Implement project management methodologies, tools, and change‑control processes.
• Prepare and present status reports, risk assessments, and performance updates to senior management.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and Enova’s HSEQ policies.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimation, financial tracking, and expenditure control.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick‑offs, status reviews, and post‑project evaluations.
• Oversee allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials for efficient execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and external partners.
• Lead, mentor, and foster a collaborative environment for the project team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in project management or operations leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully leading operational projects.
• Knowledge of fit‑out works.
• Advanced project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, financial tracking, and cost control.
