Project Engineer – UAE National Talent (Real Estate)

About the role

The Project Engineer will join Dubai Holding Real Estate to ensure that project deliverables meet the defined scope, schedule and budget. The role focuses on proactive quality, safety and risk management across large‑scale real‑estate developments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor execution of works through QA/QC processes to guarantee compliance with product specifications.
• Validate and control the Scope of Work, preventing scope creep by applying contract‑specified approval tools.
• Develop and maintain a Risk Management Plan to identify, analyse and mitigate risks affecting cost and schedule.
• Review and approve contractor and consultant organisation charts, ensuring staff qualifications and required authorisations.
• Organise and attend periodic progress meetings, tracking contractor performance against the project schedule.
• Ensure implementation of safety procedures, including mandatory use of personal protective equipment and proper material storage.

Required profile

• UAE national (as indicated by “UAE National Talent”).
• Minimum 36 months of relevant experience in construction or real‑estate projects.
• Proven ability to manage scope, risk and quality in multi‑disciplinary environments.
