Project Leader – Engineering Projects

About the role

The Project Leader is responsible for driving the successful delivery of medium‑complexity engineering projects. You will manage contracts, oversee project close‑out, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage contract activities: update summaries, resolve review comments, report claims, and oversee execution.
• Lead project execution in line with contract terms, departmental guidelines, and company policies.
• Coordinate claims, variations, and quotations; obtain client approvals and adjust project plans.
• Review and approve schedules, monitor progress, report delays, and support plan revisions.
• Prepare and issue regular reports to clients and internal teams; manage production request processes.
• Represent the company in meetings, document visits, identify issues, non‑conformities, and lessons learned.
• Control project documentation, verify distributions, and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Facilitate project close‑out, review specific terms, and accelerate finalisation.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in engineering.
• MBA or Master’s in economics, sustainability, or environment (preferred).
• 3+ years (internal) or 4+ years (external) of project leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; team‑player mindset.
