Project Management Coordinator – SAP & Forecasting

About the role

Our client is seeking a Project Management Coordinator to drive accurate statistical forecasting, oversee end‑to‑end project activities in SAP, and support the sales organization by ensuring timely and cost‑effective project execution. The role also supports mobile service management by liaising with service providers, handling customer requests and VOCs, and preparing detailed usage reports.

Key responsibilities

• Generate statistical forecasts using SAP data, evaluate accuracy and update final forecasts for planning.
• Manage project activities in SAP including setup, legal reviews, contract approvals, purchase order creation, procurement and billing.
• Coordinate project costs, profit margins and timelines to ensure materials, services and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Support sales by tracking revenue and cost recognition, ensuring accurate on‑time project execution in SAP.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring each phase is recorded in the system.
• Liaise with subsidiaries to address ad‑hoc queries and facilitate contract processing.
• Manage customer VOCs and requests, preparing detailed usage reports (add‑ons, data, call usage).
• Coordinate with mobile service providers du and Etisalat for service management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience handling project lifecycle activities such as budgeting, cost tracking, revenue recognition and financial monitoring.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or comparable platforms.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams, subsidiaries and external partners on project and contracting matters.
• Strong analytical skills in business data handling, forecast generation and ad‑hoc reporting.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical details into clear business insights.
• Strong organizational skills with focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining data integrity.
