Project Management Specialist – Commercial Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Specialist in Project Management to drive strategic projects, business growth initiatives, and operational improvement programmes across the organisation. You will own projects from concept to implementation, ensuring they meet timeline, budget and quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and hand over strategic projects and business initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource forecasts and governance frameworks.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and issues, aligning outcomes with business objectives.
• Prepare project updates, presentations and recommendations for senior management.
• Create business cases, investment proposals and cost‑benefit analyses to support decision‑making.
• Assess commercial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to maximise value.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Commercial and operational teams.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Maintain project documentation, governance records and reporting throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic projects from initiation to delivery.
• Strong commercial analysis and business planning capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on risk management and governance.
