Project Manager – Architecture & Interior Design

About the role

CAI Architects is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion. Based on‑site in Dubai, you will ensure projects meet design intent, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules, budgets and resources for architecture and interior design assignments.
• Coordinate communication among clients, design teams, contractors and suppliers.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and prepare regular status reports.
• Supervise procurement, expediting, and logistics planning to guarantee timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor site inspections and support quality‑control activities.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in architecture, interior design, construction or related fields.
• Experience in expediting, inspection and quality‑control processes.
• Logistics‑management capabilities for procurement, shipping and on‑site delivery.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent professional experience.
