Project Manager - Client Connectivity

About the role

Join HSBC's Global Payments Solutions team in Dubai as a Project Manager responsible for onboarding and integrating corporate clients onto HSBC's digital payment channels. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth, on‑time delivery of connectivity projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of client onboarding and connectivity implementations across HSBCnet, Treasury API, Host‑to‑Host (H2H) and SwiftNet.
• Maintain project governance artefacts: plans, milestones, RAID logs, meeting cadence and status reporting.
• Drive delivery timelines, identify and escalate blockers early, and coordinate resolution with technology, operations and sales teams.
• Facilitate client workshops, capture requirements and support business automation initiatives.
• Provide pre‑mandate support such as RFI/RFP inputs, outlining implementation approaches and timelines.
• Ensure accurate documentation and streamlined handling of project artefacts.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex client‑facing projects in financial services or payments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment.
