Project Manager (Construction Delivery)

About the role

The Project Manager ensures that the assigned project or project section is delivered on time, within budget, and meets all defined objectives. Supporting the Project Director and Senior Project Manager, the role oversees the full project life‑cycle and provides comprehensive management of all processes and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high‑standard service that meets Mirage’s expectations and the professional standards of project management.
• Identify improvement areas in delivery plans and implement corrective actions.
• Manage a project or project section, driving quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Assist in administering construction contracts.
• Lead value‑engineering workshops.
• Conduct regular progress updates with the Planning Manager.
• Contribute to the assessment and adjudication of contractor delay claims.

Required profile

• University degree in Project Management, Building, or a related field.
• 12‑15 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Progressively increased responsibility throughout career.
• Experience delivering projects of appropriate scale such as villas, residential or mixed‑use developments.
• UAE construction experience preferred.
• Active membership in a professional institution is an advantage.
