Project Manager – Construction (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects for our Dubai operations. The successful candidate will oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate on‑site activities and manage daily construction operations.
• Lead subcontractor engagement, monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Verify site quantities and ensure accurate reporting.
• Maintain rigorous quality control throughout all project stages.
• Implement and monitor health, safety and environmental (HSE) practices in compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil).
• 10–15 years of experience in main contracting within the construction sector.
• Valid G+12 certificate (mandatory).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in construction project management processes.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance.
