Project Manager – Construction

About the role

SEE Engineering is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Construction to lead new projects in Sharjah. You will be responsible for delivering construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring they meet time, budget, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables aligned with organisational objectives.
• Prepare and manage schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities for approvals, inspections and progress reviews.
• Oversee procurement, contract management and vendor negotiations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of project management experience in construction.
• Proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Experience using ERP systems for project management.
