Project Manager – Design (Hospitality)

About the role

KEO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design phase of large‑scale hospitality projects in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure design quality, and drive projects from concept through detailed design.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and staffing for design deliverables.
• Lead design coordination meetings and maintain clear communication with consultants and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through systematic analysis.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to uphold high design standards.
• Track financial performance, prepare progress reports, and manage invoicing and collections.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering hospitality projects during the design phase.
• Strong ability to manage large, complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication with technical leaders and clients.
