Project Manager - Digital Transformation (Agile / Scrum)

About the role

techcarrot FZ LLC is hiring a Project Manager in Dubai for its GTDP delivery teams. The role manages projects from initiation to closure following the GTDP PPM&OE Project Management Plan (PMP) standards, and coaches the team on the Scrum framework while acting as the main link between delivery teams, business product owners, vendors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the project schedule, scope, budget, quality, risks, issues, communications, vendor and resource plans, and track variances against a get-to-green plan
• Drive project milestones from kickoff and business blueprint sign-off through SIT/UAT readiness, cutover, go-live, hypercare and PMO closure
• Manage chargebacks, monthly cost reconciliation and POD/IO-level financial tracking with Finance
• Coach the team on Scrum and Agile, run Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and partner with Technical Product Owners
• Act as the main contact for GTDP delivery teams, set expectations, formalise the RACI, run steering committees, program reviews and weekly status meetings, and escalate escalations to the GTDP Program Manager
• Support discovery, scoping, solutioning, effort estimation and timelines, and take part in RFI/RFP and SDAF work
• Provide status reports on progress, risks, dependencies, cost vs forecast and benefit realisation, and promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity

Required profile

• 8+ years of overall IT delivery experience, with 5+ years as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in Agile and hybrid environments
• Proven track record of digital and/or SAP-led transformation projects, ideally in automotive or comparable enterprise domains
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related discipline
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe or equivalent) is mandatory; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred; Agile coaching certification is an added advantage

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with multi-vendor delivery and integration across SAP, front-end, microservices, middleware/Boomi and third-party platforms
• Capacity planning, delivery forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX cost drivers, chargeback and financial governance
• JIRA, Microsoft Project / Project Online, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Visio and Power BI
• Nice to have: UAE / GCC experience and SAP S/4HANA, RISE, EWM, Syncron or Tradepoint experience
