About the role
YKONE is seeking an International Assistant Project Manager to support its Dubai office. Reporting to the International Client Director, you will oversee operational workflow and quality control across global marketing projects for luxury and tourism brands.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor project workflows, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Set up project phases in the project management tool and provide visibility to all team members.
- Identify and communicate potential bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate resources across creative, production and cross‑functional teams, adjusting schedules as needed.
- Assist in project kick‑offs and brief teams on expectations and timelines.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the lifecycle, addressing minor issues and escalating major concerns.
- Generate and maintain documentation, progress updates, milestone reports and post‑project archives.
- Proactively identify risks and support mitigation strategies.
