Project Manager – Energy Storage Projects

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale energy storage projects across the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa, driving alignment between technical, commercial and contractual requirements from opportunity to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle: opportunity initiation, solution development, tendering, commercial negotiations and contract handover.
• Coordinate RFI/RFQ/RFP processes with sales, engineering, R&D, supply chain, finance, legal and other functions.
• Maintain detailed customer requirement lists and ensure all open items are tracked and resolved.
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to technology, cost, delivery, certification, grid connection and guarantees.
• Participate in customer technical meetings, workshops and negotiations as the primary pre‑sales interface.
• Organise handover to execution teams, transferring all contractual and technical information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience in renewable energy, power or EPC, preferably with large‑scale energy storage pre‑sales and tendering.
• Strong project planning, scheduling and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to be based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia and travel across the region.
