Project Manager - Fit Out

About the role

ARKI Group, a UAE-based interior architecture company founded in 1996, is looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager for its fit-out business in Dubai. The role covers managing fit-out projects, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fit-out projects, including bank and government projects; experience with luxury villas is an added advantage.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
• Present directly to and negotiate with clients.
• Monitor project progress and meet target deadlines.
• Ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle claim variations and prepare progress reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a fit-out company.
• Strong leadership and management skills, able to motivate a team.
• Ability to work with architects, contractors and other engineers.
