Project Manager - Fitout Projects

About the role

Careers International is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior fitout projects to oversee end-to-end project delivery in Dubai. The role covers planning, execution, monitoring and closing of projects, with a focus on cost control, quality and timely completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple fitout projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, budget and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations and local authority requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
• Handle risk management, problem-solving and conflict resolution on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience managing fitout/interior projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of fitout processes, materials and local regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; immediate joiners preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and AutoCAD.
