Project Manager – Future Campus Development

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the development of a future campus, coordinating cross‑functional teams and ensuring that all project phases—from concept to execution—are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, budgets, and approval requirements.
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from feasibility and concept through procurement readiness and transition to execution.
• Translate strategic, operational, and technical requirements into clear project briefs, business cases, scopes of work, and implementation strategies.
• Act as the primary coordination interface among Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Facilities, IT, Security, HSE, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and management reviews to align requirements, resolve interfaces, confirm accountabilities, and support timely decision‑making.
• Prepare and present project progress, recommendations, risks, issues, and required decisions to senior leadership and approval committees.
• Support contract development and procurement activities in collaboration with Procurement and Legal.
• Monitor third‑party service providers engaged during the development stage and ensure readiness for handover to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale development or construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Facilities, IT, Security and HSE.
