Project Manager (Gaming)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to drive execution across our international game studio. The role is fully remote but requires you to work within the CET time zone to collaborate effectively with the team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects across development, art, and QA teams, ensuring timelines are clear and delivery stays on track.
• Manage resources, anticipate dependencies and hand‑offs, and remove bottlenecks before they impact progress.
• Maintain up‑to‑date Jira boards, making priorities, progress, and blockers visible to all stakeholders.
• Play the game regularly, understand its mechanics, and use that insight to ask informed questions and suggest improvements.
• Challenge estimates and timelines when necessary to improve speed without sacrificing quality.
• Ensure that deliverables meet the expected quality standards and communicate proactively with leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience on a mobile game that generates at least $1 M in annual revenue.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end game production pipelines and typical cross‑team blockers.
• Genuine passion for games, with the ability to play, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback.
• Experience working with remote, distributed teams.
