Project Manager – High‑rise Construction

About the role

Azizi, a leading Dubai‑based developer, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise tower and residential construction projects across the UAE. You will be part of the Supervision team, guiding projects from blueprint through to final build and ensuring that visionary designs become reality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall execution of high‑rise and residential construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate consultants, guaranteeing compliance with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve project schedules, construction methodologies, and material submittals.
• Conduct regular site inspections and technical audits to maintain quality and conformity with approved drawings.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 + years of experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years recent experience as a Project Manager in a Consultant Supervision role.
• Extensive background in high‑rise towers and residential projects within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• PMP or other relevant project‑management certifications are advantageous.
