Project Manager – High‑Rise & Mid‑Rise Construction

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of high‑rise and mid‑rise building projects. You will ensure each project meets schedule, budget, quality, safety and regulatory requirements while coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and execution strategies.
• Control budgets, monitor costs and ensure financial performance aligns with targets.
• Oversee contract administration, commercial negotiations and subcontractor management.
• Coordinate on‑site activities, supervise construction crews and ensure seamless site operations.
• Implement quality assurance and control procedures to meet project standards.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
• Prepare regular reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 8–15 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years managing mid‑rise/high‑rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of structural concrete works, tower crane operations, lifting procedures and vertical construction sequencing.
