Project Manager - Infra

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple critical infrastructure projects across ports, marine, transport, utilities, water and industrial sectors in Abu Dhabi. You will act as the customer‑facing sales representative, capture lead and delivery lead, ensuring safe, technically robust and commercially sound outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of assigned, pipeline and awarded projects, managing priorities, milestones, resources, risks and customer commitments.
• Own front‑end customer relationships for opportunities, shaping scopes, coordinating technical and commercial inputs and supporting pricing and approvals.
• Define, control and manage project scope, deliverables, change and variation, forecasting, invoicing and cash‑flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate EPCs, contractors, vendors and internal teams, establishing clear interfaces, responsibilities and escalation paths.
• Prepare execution plans and control scope, schedule, cost, progress, quality, risk and change across multiple concurrent projects.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification with 15+ years of infrastructure project delivery experience.
• Proven ability to run several projects simultaneously, balancing schedule, cost, risk, quality and cash‑flow.
• Demonstrated success in winning work, shaping proposals and delivering executable delivery plans.
• Extensive experience with brownfield and greenfield infrastructure, stakeholder interfaces and authority approvals.
