Project Manager - Infrastructure Design

About the role

Parsons is looking for a Project Manager (Infrastructure Design) to join its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role manages, reviews, coordinates and supervises the delivery of infrastructure design for land development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the company representative with the client and selected subcontractors during program execution.
• Negotiate changes to the scope of work with the client and key subcontractors.
• Market and secure additional work with the client and follow up on project instructions and commitments.
• Work with other managers, project engineers and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules and plans, ensuring the project meets or exceeds them.
• Monitor and report on project progress, milestones and any conditions affecting cost or schedule.
• Manage infrastructure design for a specific portfolio, including wet and dry utilities design and roads and transportation design.
• Handle stakeholder management.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering from a recognized university.
• 12-15 years of experience in major infrastructure for land development projects.
• Prior experience writing design reports and obtaining NOCs from clients.
• Familiarity with regional standards and guidelines.
• Candidates with prior UAE experience, particularly in Abu Dhabi, are preferred.
