Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects in Ras Al Khaimah. You will work closely with the Project Director, clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery of complex construction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in delivering assigned infrastructure components.
• Develop scope of work and detailed project execution plans.
• Establish, monitor and control project schedules across all disciplines.
• Oversee day‑to‑day execution, including budget tracking, cost control and invoice review.
• Coordinate with authorities, stakeholders and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 12 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects, preferably in a PMC environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with authorities, clients, consultants and contractors.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of project controls, contracts and commercial management principles.
