Project Manager - Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager – Infrastructure to lead and deliver complex infrastructure projects in Dubai, from concept through completion, ensuring quality, schedule and budget compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, developing plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations.
• Serve as primary client liaison, addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and ensure project stability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and design partners to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Conduct regular project reviews, post‑project evaluations and report performance to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of progressive infrastructure project management experience, preferably in the UAE or Middle East.
• Proven track record of delivering medium‑scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Experience coordinating design teams and overseeing design outputs.
• Strong background in budget management, schedule optimization and resource planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).
• PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and UAE construction regulations.
