Project Manager – Infrastructure & Utilities

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex utility infrastructure projects in Dubai, with a focus on airport utilities. The role involves overseeing delivery from initiation to completion while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute utility infrastructure projects, adhering to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocation strategies specific to the utilities sector.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with stakeholders, clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions and report status to senior management.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and ensure cost‑effective resource utilisation.
• Conduct site inspections, quality assurance reviews and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory and safety standards.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of project management experience in the utilities sector.
• Fluent Arabic (written and verbal).
• Proven track record of delivering utility infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory environment and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of utilities infrastructure and airport utilities (preferred).
• Arabic language proficiency.
• Ability to prepare detailed project reports and performance metrics.
