Project Manager – Inspection Services (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Project Manager (Inspection Services) will lead the planning, resourcing and mobilisation of QA/QC inspection teams for oil & gas and petrochemical construction sites in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures qualified inspectors are deployed on time, cost‑effectively, while meeting client, safety and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute manpower‑resourcing strategies for site‑inspection projects.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and certification compliance of QA/QC inspectors.
• Lead mobilisation and demobilisation of inspection teams in line with project schedules.
• Supervise travel, visa, work‑permit, accommodation and transportation logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of manpower allocation, certifications and mobilisation status.
• Prepare and control budgets for recruitment, travel, accommodation and site deployment.
• Act as primary client contact for manpower and logistics matters, providing regular updates.
• Lead, mentor and ensure safety‑first culture within resourcing and logistics teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience in manpower planning, logistics coordination and project delivery within construction or oil & gas environments.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws, visa and work‑permit processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimise costs without compromising safety or quality.
