Project Manager – Interior Design & Construction

About the role

Impart Design LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior design and construction projects across the UAE. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and design coordination to site execution, handover, and client satisfaction, with a focus on high‑end residential and commercial developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project objectives.
• Prepare and submit authority applications, oversee inspections, and secure all required approvals.
• Monitor site progress, enforce safety compliance, and supervise technical execution.
• Produce regular project reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Manage procurement processes, material approvals, and contractor performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in interior design, fit‑out, or construction project management.
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+2 license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Own a vehicle and be willing to travel across the UAE.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Interpretation of construction drawings and technical details.
