Project Manager – Interior Design & Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end interior design and fit‑out projects from concept to handover. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver turnkey solutions that meet quality, schedule and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, control variations and proactively mitigate risks.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including designers, engineers, subcontractors and site staff to ensure quality control, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate authority approvals, health‑safety compliance and quality standards in line with local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, residential and hospitality fit‑out projects.
• Strong expertise in fit‑out processes, local regulations, authority approvals, health, safety and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, procurement and subcontractors with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
