Project Manager - Investment Strategy & Policies

About the role

Manage and coordinate investment and trade transformation projects across the Authority, ensuring they align with RTA’s investment strategy, comply with policies, and meet business and financial sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation and execution of the Authority’s investment strategy and transformation system.
• Support the development and updating of policies, procedures, and frameworks governing investment and commercial activities.
• Review business and investment plans to ensure revenue diversification and strategic alignment.
• Lead investment and transformation projects, defining scope, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Form and guide project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor task completion.
• Maintain communication with internal departments, consultants, and partners for effective coordination.
• Monitor progress, assess risks, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare tenders, contracts, and project documentation in line with internal policies.
• Analyze project performance data and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience with a Master’s degree (or 8+ years with a Bachelor’s degree).
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
