Project Manager

About the role

The organization seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead a comprehensive program covering assessment, career guidance, training, employment, and partnership management. The role ensures all phases meet performance indicators, quality standards, and strategic objectives while requiring fluency in Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of all project phases and ensure integration toward objectives.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including operations, training, career guidance, employment, and the smart platform.
• Develop and monitor implementation plans, timelines, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with the project owner, stakeholders, and strategic partners.
• Supervise the creation and quality of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Monitor training programs for alignment with labor market needs.
• Lead employment initiatives and partnerships with public and private sectors.
• Ensure the smart platform meets project requirements.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, preparing regular progress reports for senior management.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, governance, confidentiality, and data protection standards.
• Measure project impact and analyze success indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project or strategic program management.
• Experience managing training, professional development, or employment projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
• Experience with large‑scale government or national projects is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Master’s degree and/or PMP, Program Management, HR or Change Management certifications are advantageous.
