Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of large‑scale construction projects, particularly in civil and hospital infrastructure. The role involves strategic leadership, on‑site supervision, and coordination among clients, contractors, consultants and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to the consultant team throughout construction.
• Ensure contractor delivery aligns with design intent, specifications and contract terms.
• Monitor project alignment with client vision, goals and expected outcomes.
• Act as primary liaison between client, contractor, consultants (architects, engineers, QS) and authorities.
• Chair and lead regular progress, site coordination and client briefing meetings.
• Review and monitor construction schedules, analyse milestones, identify delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee preparation and submission of progress reports to the client.
• Ensure construction complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Supervise quality inspections, audits and the performance of site supervision consultants.
• Identify project risks, ensure mitigation plans are in place and approve design modifications or technical submittals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 12–15 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a project management role on construction sites.
• Proven experience managing projects in healthcare, commercial, residential or institutional sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, building codes and technical design principles.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Willingness to be based on‑site full‑time with flexibility to travel between project locations.
