Project Manager

About the role

Datum General Contracting L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time, on‑site position will drive projects from inception through completion, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver construction projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project flow.
• Prepare detailed project plans, progress reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor risks, resolve issues, and make data‑informed decisions to keep projects on track.
• Lead regular site visits and project meetings, fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and communication.

Required profile

• Strong project management expertise, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects, preferably medium to large scale in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site full time, prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to high‑quality standards, ethical practices, and collaborative working relationships.
