Project Manager

About the role

Hantec Markets is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure high‑quality software solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and initiation through to successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders to meet scope, schedule and quality targets.
• Drive Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, roadmaps, risk registers, dependency tracking and delivery reporting.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status regularly to ensure alignment across technical and business teams.
• Maintain project documentation, Jira boards, Confluence pages, dashboards and delivery metrics.
• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors to support successful execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, team collaboration and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technology projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional team leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
