Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead bridge maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi, overseeing all phases from planning to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall bridge maintenance project and site activities, ensuring progress, manpower, materials and equipment are on schedule.
• Lead engineers, supervisors, technicians, foremen and subcontractors, coordinating daily operations.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, authorities and other stakeholders to meet contractual obligations.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental requirements and enforce compliance.
• Oversee bridge repair, rehabilitation, structural, concrete, painting and related works.
• Prepare and review progress reports, documentation and ensure timely project hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in bridge maintenance or construction.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on bridge/infrastructure projects, preferably with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE bridge and road infrastructure works.
• Arabic speaking preferred, valid UAE driving licence and own car.
