About the role
Lead end-to-end execution of Offshore Oil & Gas EPC/EPCIC projects from award through engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, startup and handover.
Key responsibilities
- Establish project execution strategy, management plans and governance framework.
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and resources to meet project objectives.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HUC, Commissioning, Marine Operations, Quality and HSE.
- Develop and monitor execution schedules, milestone plans and KPIs.
- Handle change management, variation orders, claims and contractual obligations.
- Drive risk identification, mitigation planning and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee offshore installation, hook‑up, commissioning, startup and project closeout activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing large offshore EPC/EPCIC projects.
- Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with client stakeholders.
